The Lan Line X Brideside

Happy Wedding Wednesday friends!

Today I wanted to share with y’all my gorgeous bridesmaids!

Aren’t they so pretty?!

For those of you getting married and looking into bridesmaids’ dresses, I highly recommend using Brideside! I’m so happy I did!

Brideside is a company that carries designer dresses and will ship them right to your home to try on samples before you buy! They pretty much are the Warby Parker of Bridesmaid’s dresses! Planning a wedding takes so much time and this made trying on more convenient for everyone.

Once you create an account with Brideside, they pair you with a stylist! I loved discussing my wedding ideas with her and she answered all my questions about the dresses and any concerns I had. She communicated with my bridesmaids on any concerns they had with the dresses, so I had one less thing to worry about. Bridesmaid sizing is different than every day wear, so choosing a size on your own can be tricky.

I had a matron of honor and a maid of honor and wanted them to have different dresses. Same colors but just little more glam!

I wanted glam for my girls and Adrianna Pappell is known for her glitzy gowns! I fell absolutely in love with her styles! She is one of the many designers that Brideside carries and they had majority of the styles I was currently wanting to see.

They also offer swatches for colors if you are not sure what color palette you want or are wanting to mix and match.

The website is very easy to navigate and when I was ready, I put in an order for a sample box. You input the dress size you want, and they send you 3 dress choices.  My stylist and I put together a curated box of samples for me to see styles at home.

Although my Maid of Honor and Matron of honor both live in Houston, they are both on opposite sides of town. With Houston being so large, across town is about an hour (30 miles) so having them ship their sample dresses to their own locations were well worth it on their own time. I was also able to have them both come over and have mini try on session which was so fun! They tried on the different styles and both told me they loved the fit and material. Besides the looks of the dresses, a main priority was the comfort of them and that was no issue!

Things I recommend when using Brideside:

  1. Choose a weekend to get delivered so you don’t need to rush during the week day and you can also host a try on brunch or party!

  2. Ask your bridesmaids questions before you choose dresses! They may not always feel comfortable with the styles you like, and your stylist can help consult.

  3. Dance and move around in the dresses because chances are, the day of the wedding you will be groovin and you don’t want to flash everyone when you’re getting down. (Plus, it’s a little less embarrassing to dance at home than at the store when everyone’s watching you.)

I hope these tips help you out! Please let me know if have any questions!

This year my best friend got engaged and I’m now her Matron of honor! I’ll be using Brideside to try on dresses for her wedding and I can’t wait!

Thank you Brideside for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own. Until next time!
